Carpet Cleaning

Our method of carpet cleaning begins by pre-spraying the carpets with Premulsion, a biodegradeable and phosphate free chemical that preconditions the carpet to loosen soil.  The soil is then removed by our carpet machines equipped with rotary brushes and by using steam extraction.  A textile rinse, Rinsoft, is added to the water which helps prevent browning or yellowing of the carpet and is biodegradeable and phosphate free.  It softens the water leaving carpet fibers clean and soft and stabilizes dyes and acid dye blockers on stain resistant carpets.  Rinsoft also removes detergent residues from the carpet allowing the carpet to stay cleaner for a longer period of time.

Upholstery Cleaning

Our method of cleaning upholstery starts with vacuuming the chairs to remove excess dust.  The chairs are then pre-sprayed and steam extracted for deep cleaning.
